A new record : 27 charter flights within one week from Ankara to Agadez Niger...
REIBEL is the first and the only company who could orginised, 27 charter flights from Ankara to Agadez Niger within one week with the cooperation of BERTLING Türkiye branch. The operated 23 flights were cargo flights and the 4 flights were for passenger service. For this joint project of SYSTEM Construction Ltd. and Libyan Consulate, there were 25 prefabricated villas and houses carried by 23 IL-76 aircrafts within one week together with the related construction materials. 7 IL-76 aircrafts at Esenboğa airport at the same time... Total of 805.000 kgs - 4.370 m3 cargos were transported in this incredible operation of which the logistics service within Türkiye was supplied by BERTLING Türkiye office and charter transportation organized by REIBEL. SYSTEM-BERTLING and REIBEL have set up an “operations control office” in Ankara to coordinate this incredible operation smoothly. During the operation Ankara Esenboğa Airport also broken a record by loading of 7 IL-76 airplanes within 12 hours of those landed to the airport within 2 hours. Together with the consruction materials and prefabricated villas, there were two additional charter operations by A320 passenger aircrafts, chartered from BEST AIR to carry 380 members of technicians and workers to Agadez. Techinicians and workers were also traveled back to Istanbul by the completion of construction. Mr. Arif Badur, General Manager of REIBEL tendered his appreciation to ÇELEBİ and HAVAŞ Ground Handling companies for the successfull operation and stated “as REIBEL and BERTLING, it was our honour to receive Mr. Ferhat Pazarbaşı’s - partner of SYSTEM Construction Ltd. - warm thanks for successfully completed project. REIBEL has prooved itself that a Turkish company is also in foreign “broker” market with its huge charter experience and reliability.
