Funding Commences for
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., May 23, 2007 (Business Wire) -- Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. (OTCBB:UITA). Officials of Utilicraft Aerospace announced today that initial funding from PacifiCorp Funding Partners Trust, Ltd., through an Option Agreement with a private investor has begun (see details of the Option Agreement in the Press Release dated May 16th, 2007 - Final Construction Phase of FF-1080-300ER Performance Flight Test Aircraft to Begin). Over the next 180 days, total funding of $8,000,000 will be provided to the Company in accordance with its projected cash-flow requirements needed to complete construction of the FF-1080-300ER Performance Flight Test Aircraft (PFTA). Starting in early June, the Company intends to make periodic press release progress reports to keep its shareholders informed on the detailed progress of the development and building of the PFTA. About Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc.: Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. was formed to implement a system solution to the current problem of declining capacity in the short haul (or feeder) route segments of the air cargo and overnight express companies. The FF-1080-300ER Freight Feeder aircraft is a new air vehicle which is the result of Utilicraft’s extensive research and development. The FF-1080-300ER is revolutionary because of it's capability to carry standard industry air containers on short-to-medium range/medium density routes combined with the aircraft's integrated air cargo information system for the freight feed market. The FF-1080-300ER, an all aluminum twin-engine, high-wing, un-pressurized, fixed gear, single pilot capable, turboprop aircraft, specifically designed as a utility air freight transport system. The aircraft satisfies an industry recognized need to cost effectively feed containerized air cargo to the major hubs of the scheduled passenger carriers and the overnight express airlines. The aircraft is also designed for short take-off and landing (STOL) capability. This feature makes the FF-1080-300ER the only short-haul, heavy-lift containerized feeder aircraft capable of cost-effectively transporting ten revenue tons over two thousand nautical miles from airfields with less than 3,500 feet of runway, expanding air cargo capacity to many smaller cities and airports worldwide. Utilicraft Aerospace Makes Decision to Go
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., June 5, 2007 (PrimeNews Wire) -- Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. (OTCBB:UITA). Officials of Utilicraft Aerospace announced today that the Company has decided to go forward with the construction of the -200 version of the prototype which will also serve as a 77% scale version of the -300 (see previous press release dated May 29, 2007 -- Utilicraft Aerospace Planning Enhanced Product Development Program). After a series of engineering and planning meetings last week in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the Company verified that the decision to take advantage of its previous engineering development of the -200 version FF-1080 design, will definitely save the Company substantial prototype development capital and time, as well as solidify the commonality of systems and various sub-structures of both aircraft. The final configuration of the -200 prototype, which is expected to have a capacity increase of approximately 30% while maintaining its current 51%+ useful load to gross weight efficiency, is currently being finalized with the use of the existing full-scale FF-1080-200 mock-up, and is expected to be released early next week. About Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc.: Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. was formed to implement a system solution to the current problem of declining capacity in the short haul (or feeder) route segments of the air cargo and overnight express companies. Utilicraft Final Cargo-Bay Configuration
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., May 9, 2007 (Business Wire) -- Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. (OTCBB: UITA). Officials of Utilicraft Aerospace today announced the Company’s final pallet/container design configuration for its FF-1080-300ER Freight Feeder aircraft. The final cargo-bay configuration of the FF-1080-300ER, will accommodate 10 standard industry LD-3 containers, but will also be able to accommodate five of the larger pallets and containers (for detailed specifications go to www.utilicraft.com). This will allow the aircraft to support and feed the larger jet freight aircraft by seamlessly connecting with those aircraft at their hubs. The operators will be able to directly transfer/load as many as five of the 88in. X 125 in. standard pallets and containers directly on-and-off of the 1080 to and from the larger jet freighters. As an example, the 737-200 thru 400SF jet freight aircraft are an integral part of the current air freight system, and are configured to carry 88”x 125” main deck containers and pallets. The FF-1080-300ER is specifically designed to accept these containers and pallets for a cost effective and seamless feeder solution – not competing with these existing aircraft, but bringing more capacity to their feed operations thus increasing their utilization and profitability. “This final design-configuration will allow the jet aircraft freight airlines and operators to feed their cargo already in containers and pallets arriving to their hubs from around the world, directly to the smaller cites around the United States that are currently limited to smaller runways and facilities -- completing the delivery cycle of the freight to the customer” stated Scott Jacox, Vice President of Marketing for Utilicraft Aerospace”.
